Suspension and Termination
- TMT Dimension Pte Ltd may suspend or even terminate Member's Account and Member's
access to all or part of the Services (with no refund of any sums paid) with immediate
effect if: a) in the sole opinion of TMT Dimension Pte Ltd , Member has breached
any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement; b) Member has at any time provided
any false or incomplete information to TMT Dimension Pte Ltd c) in the sole discretion
of TMT Dimension Pte Ltd, TMT Dimension Pte Ltd suspects that Member's Account has
been accessed in an unauthorised manner or that the security of Member's Account
has been compromised in any way; d) in the opinion of TMT Dimension Pte Ltd or any
regulatory authority, it is illegal or not in the public interest to continue providing
the Services to Member for any reason whatsoever; e) Member dies or is declared
a bankrupt; or f) in the sole discretion of TMT Dimension Pte Ltd, TMT Dimension
Pte Ltd decides to withdraw or terminate all or part of the Services or this Website.
- TMT Dimension Pte Ltd also reserves the right to withdraw or terminate all or part
of the Services for the Member, or even to terminate this Website, in its sole discretion
and for its own reasons.
- In the event of termination of Member's Account, Member's access to all or part
of the Services or this Website for whatever reason, TMT Dimension Pte Ltd shall
not be liable to any Member or third party for any failure and any consequence arising
from such failure to access, use or provide all or part of the Services
Billing
For users who have signed up for services that require payment, and by providing
a credit card number or bank account number, the user agrees that TMT Dimension
may charge the member's account for the right to access the information on the site
as specified by the user at time of sign-up. The user's account will be charged
on a regular billing cycle.
Changes in Terms
TMT Dimension shall have the right at any time to change these terms and conditions
or to require new terms. Such changes or additions shall be effective no later than
thirty (30) days after notification has been given to the user by any means which
give you actual knowledge of them. Such changes may be made by giving notification
to users of record as of the date of the change through the TMT Dimension Internet
site.
Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Singapore, without reference
to conflict of laws principle.
TMT DIMENSION PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
TMT Dimension strives to offer its customers the many advantages of Internet technology
and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We are also committed
to protecting the private sensitive information of our customers.
In order to manage this site, we collect certain types of information about our
users. The user¡¦s personal information is gathered and used in the following ways:
Registration and Billing
How we collect and store information depends on the page you are visiting, the activities
in which you elect to participate and the services provided.
Customers' UserNames and Passwords provide them access to additional TMT Dimension
data, their profile area, and protected content. Customer¡¦s UserName and Password
is nontransferable.
Contact information (name, address and phone number, e-mail) is collected when user
register for some of our services. We use this information to contact customers
about services or products that may be of interest to them.
For customers who have signed up for services that require payment, we will ask
them to give us their e-mail addresses, credit card information. We DO NOT distribute
e-mail addresses or phone numbers outside of TMT Dimension, its parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates and strategic business partners. We DO NOT disclose credit card information
to any entity other than credit card processing companies that assist us in billing
customers for goods and services.
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and
services, a shipping company to ship orders (where necessary). These companies do
not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary
purposes.
Summative information such as which pages you access, types of information requested,
or survey and e-mail information, is collected by this web site. For example, your
IP address is collected when you request, say, an article from TMT Dimension. An
IP address is a number that identifies your computer and allows the article to be
returned to you after your computer contacts the TMT Dimension web server, and is
only used to report summary statistics to our advertisers about the number of visitors
to our site. No personally identifiable data is included in this information.
Like many other web servers TMT Dimension, too, uses "cookies" to gather information.
Cookies are small data files sent to our users¡¦ computers that record their actions
on the site. Whenever a user visit our site after being sent the cookie, the site
will load in accordance with the data stored in the cookie. For example, a cookie
can remember your User ID and password, to store our customers¡¦ personal preferences,
such as services or products previously purchased, so that we can provide a better
customized service when our customers return to our website.
TMT Dimension does not use cookies to retrieve any personally identifiable information
while on our site. Users that reject cookies may still use our website, but of course
will be limited in using some areas of our website.
Use of Information
Our major purpose of the information collected is to provide offers and improve
the content of the site for the user, to tailor a user's visit to our Web site,
and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them.
TMT Dimension uses the summative and personal information collected for statistical
analysis of who is using and visiting our web site. We also share summative information
with our third party advertisers, such as number of hits on a page, for advertising
and promotional purposes.

All new members will be sent a welcoming e-mail to verify password and username.
We occasionally send established members information on products, services and special
deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not
receive these types of communications in these e-mails.
When registering for a TMT Dimension product or promotion, user¡¦s e-mail address
will be added to our TMT Dimension "Fast Break" mailing list. TMT Dimension publications
are designed to bring our users a variety of free educational and market-specific
topics in newsletter format. If a user does not wish to receive these free publications,
he/she may unsubscribe at any time using the links found in each publication. TMT
Dimension also reserves the right to e-mail our current subscribers with important
announcements regarding their subscription.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement.
For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send
users an e-mail. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though
they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional
in nature.
Sharing
Though we make every effort to preserve customer privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that
such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order
or legal process served on our website.
We do NOT share our customers' e-mail addresses with third parties, except for when
required by law. In order to present our customers with potentially interesting
opportunities, we do occasionally share name and mailing address information with
certain third parties. We believe that our customers will benefit from these arrangements,
but out of respect of our clients' privacy, we will remove such information from
disclosure upon request (via e-mail to corporate@tmtdimension.com) by our customers.
If a customer elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our
site or forwards a TMT Dimension's commentary to a friend, we ask for the friend's
name and e-mail address. TMT Dimension may send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting
them to visit the site. TMT Dimension stores this information for the sole purpose
of sending this one-time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral program.
The friend may contact TMT Dimension at corporate@tmtdimension.com to request the
removal of this information from our database.
We take every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit
sensitive information via our website, their information is protected both online
and off-line.
When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit
card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption
software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form,
the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft
Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are
just 'surfing'.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. We restrict
all of our customers' information to our offices, and only employees who need the

not follow the same Privacy Policy as TMT Dimension, and TMT Dimension is not responsible
for content or materials available on these sites. Third party sites may also use
cookies to collect information from you. This information may be used to tailor
their advertisements.
In order for this Web site to enhance its ability to tailor the site to a user's
preference, we combine information about a customer's purchasing habits to create
a personalized customer profile.
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone,
e-mail or mailing address), or if a customer no longer desires our service, we provide
a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate the customer's personally identifiable
